Children's Books/Trade Books -- There are simply too many to list them all, but some of my favorite authors are Dr. Seuss, P.D. Eastman, Shel Silverstein, Stan and Jan Berenstain, Virginia Lee Burton, Arthur Howard, Audrey Wood, Bernadine Cook, Toby Speed, and David Shannon. I also love L. M. Montgomery's Anne of Green Gables, Laura Ingalls Wilder's novels, and Adrew Peterson's On the Edge of the Dark Sea of Darkness. Really, I relish any well-written story doused with wit and humor.
